• You are of a legal age to consent to using internet services in your jurisdiction.
• You agree to not harass, bully, or otherwise act with malicious intent towards any other user.
• Any action you take via chat services will be logged, and displayed publicly on gttradio.com

Privacy Policy

Game That Tune Radio is a fun project created by the Game That Tune Podcast. We collect some amount of data, this page is intended to lay out what data we collect, and how we use it.

The most important thing to know is - we do not sell or give away any data that we collect to third parties. It is strictly used for our own, internal purposes. The only circumstance where we will provide collected data is if we have a legal obligation (court order, subpoena, etc).

IP Addresses

While listening to Game That Tune Radio, either on the webpage or via direct Icecast stream links, we will log your IP address. We use this to collect metrics such as, how many people are listening at a given time, and how long people tend to listen. This helps us guide our content - as an example, we could use this data to determine if a partiuclar format is more popular than another, and adjust our content schedule accordingly.

Our chat service will also collect IP addresses, this is for safety and moderation. If we determine a user is malicious, we have their IP address available for banning.

Finally our authentication service will log your IP address when you reset a password, and insert it into your password reset email. This is for your benefit - if you get a password reset email you didn't expect, the IP address may be useful information in determining a root cause.

Our authentication service requires validated email addresses - this is so you can reset your password, should you forget it.

Right to be forgotten

At any time you can send an email to admin@gttradio.com and we will happily delete any data we have collected. Please do understand that this is a fun project, not a business - it may take some time but we will make the effort to remove any requested data.
